提升自己的幸福感(BE HAPPIER)

1. 运动锻炼 (Exercise everyday to feel relax and energetic).

2. 学习。 幸福是一种能力,学习修炼自身,转变思想观念。可以学习一门学科,一门语言,一个兴趣,又或者是一个演讲技巧等等。
(Learning. Learn to improve ourself, to change an original thought. You could learn a new course, a foreign language, develop a hobby or advance your public speaking skill. )

3. 知足。欲望无边,知足常乐。
(Contentment. Always feel satisfied cause you won't get everything you want and you'll always want more)

4.感恩。学会感恩,感恩生命,感恩每件事每个人,幸福就像花儿一样怒放
(Thanksgiving. Being grateful to everyone and everything that happened in our life and you'll feel happiness in every cell of your body.)

5.自我实现。发挥潜能,把兴趣做成事业。
(Self-fulfillment. Dig into your possibilities and your interests and make them to be your lifelong career.)
